this Self Catering Condo is fully air conditioned with including all appliances and utensils with separate bathroom, lounge, kitchen and balcony. Free wifi is available and covered parking. The resort has 24 hours security and gated access for your safety. A laundry, restaurants and a mini supermarket is just outside the Resort gate. Pricing are as follows:
1. For 1 night = 1200 Thai Baht = 35 usd minimum 2 nights stay
2. For 1 to 2 weeks (7-14 days) = 10 to 15% discount = 1000 Thai Baht = 30 usd per night
3. For more than 2 weeks up to 1 month = 25 to 35% discount = 800 Thai Baht = 24 usd per night.
The Resort is 90 minutes drive from Bangkok Airport and there is an inexpensive Bus (aircon) from the airport (ground floor) to Pattaya every hour. The property is situated 10 mins walk to Jomtien Beach and on easy transport route to Pattaya City and the famous "Walking Street". All sightseeing are within convenient distance from the Resort. All amenities are available to guests including Gym, Sauna, Spa/Massage, Clubhouse with Games and many more.
